"The hospice nurse who helped me was wonderful and caring, and very prompt in responding to me. However, when I went to visit my friend, TWO separate staff members told me that there was no one there by that name (my friend had been there for a little over a week at that point). When they finally decided that she was in fact there, and I was taken to her room, I was surprised to find that a plate of food was sitting there for her, even though I knew before I came that my friend was already in a coma. While sitting with my friend, another staff member came in, saw the plate of food, and asked, "should I try to feed her?" Ummm, NO. She is not conscious, and will not be. Does the staff talk to each other and relay important information?"

"I was in the facility November 2016. As a retired RN, this was the worst facility I have ever seen, let alone have to be there for 11 Days. Food below standard I lost 8 lbs during time I was there.Furniture was broken, and unsanitary.No help for personal cares first 3 Days.No safety measures in place. I became diizzy and fell Laid on floor for 25 minutes before getting help. My medical records were illegally altered to cover up this incident of extremely low blood pressures. 70/48 75/50. I made a doctors appointment to address the low blood pressers and dizziness. I as for a copy of the low blood pressure ‘s, they couldn’t be found. I was handed a piece of paper to take to the doctor and the blood pressure’s were pressure’s I did not recognize as mine.They were all normal Ispoke to the DON. She just sat and said nothing My husband went to Nurses desk and complained about my lack of care. He was told by a CNA “ if you don’t like it take her somewhere else “ He had just gotten out of the hospital from having a heart attack. Poor attitude in staff, lack of leadership. I have only touched a few highlights of this facility."
