"The vet tech was AMAZING. My dog is lab,pit,rot, and doberman mix. He's 8 months old. He went there today for his shots, and health check. He was anxious, and loves to bark. I wasn't thrilled with the vet, Megan acted very scared of my dog from the moment she walked in and he barked. ( He's NEVER nipped or bit anyone.) He never gave her a reason to be afraid. And then she scolded us on how he was and that he was high risk for biting?!?! She never did anything because the ENTIRE time she was in there she acted afraid of him. I was EXTREMELY unimpressed with her professionalism. Because he is a pup who barks at EVERYTHING. I love the place but don't like her. She kept jumping back when she was around my dog, and kept putting her hands in her sleeves. AGAIN my puppy NEVER gave ANY impression he was aggressive or going to bite. Will definitely be going back to our vet in black River falls."

Our beloved pup perished in our house fire; they were expecting me. They greeted me, they respectfully waited until I was ready to hand her over for cremation.
