Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with this bank location. Recently, my debit card was skimmed, leading to unauthorized withdrawals from my account. Despite clear evidence of fraudulent activity, the resolution process has been agonizingly slow. Waiting 90 days for reimbursement has put me in a difficult financial situation. I'm still in the midst of this waiting period, and the uncertainty is deeply frustrating. I strongly advise others to exercise caution and consider alternative banking options to avoid similar frustrations."

"I had a very very very worst experience with the worker in this bank ever, the workers dealed me ruined, roughly, badly speech, without any respect without any fault I did , Specifically the Senior banker women , Tall, thin woman with black hair, Turkish nationality, and dismissed me also next day she order other senior banker man not to see me.I'm very sad with disappointment and I'll close my account with this bank and never come to this branch. I had ever seen like this worker ever in other banks. She abuses me too much and she hate other nationalities and she racism."

"Absolutely ridiculous the teller said "we can not take a small bag of coins". He said in order for them to accept coins it has to be rolled or only a few coins. Can not a bag of coins which is only $3 total in change. $1 in quarters and $1 in dimes and the rest were pennies and couple dimes. Absolutely ridiculous. It is this encounter that makes me want to switch from Bank of America to another bank. Absolutely hope corporate sees this cuz this is freaking ridiculous. Won't accept $3 in change cuz apparently it's too much. Edit 10/05/23 I don't know if it is this location or what but I continue to have problems at this location. I was told by customer service on the website if I want a temporary Bank of America debit card I can walk into a Bank of America branch and get a temporary card. On this date I was told by a banker I can't get a temporary debit card because they stopped it in 2020. He said you can do digital wallet or if you need cash go to the counter teller."

"This is the worst experience with BoA I ever had, I wish I have read reviews before even going to this branch! Made an appointment and upon arrival was met by (later appeared to be) a manager who told me they’re short staffed today but he will help me. I could tell he was trying to do his best but clearly did not know what he was doing! I needed to change my name on the account and order new cards; he had to step away of his desk several times to ask other employees questions and at one point he yelled to call another employee who was standing on the other side of the bank which I found to be quite unprofessional (like we are in the market and I’m buying potatoes or something). The manager assured me I can use my cards until I receive replacement ones. Don’t want to post names here but I am pretty sure Branch manager will be able to find out who he was (if they really care enough-appointment was Monday, April 6th at 1:00pm). One of 2 new cards arrived and the name on the card was not updated!!!! Had to call BoA and explain them the whole story (and by going in person I thought would solve any miscommunication). So they issued me replacement cards which supposedly will arrive in 4 business days. Today at the grocery store my both cards were declined!! And yet again when I called customer support I was told when you change your name and get replacement cards, cards with old names are automatically destroyed-you would think bank manager should know this information?? Well clearly not at this branch. This has been a nightmare experience and I never had issues with any in person services at BoA before; definitely not going back to this branch-the manager needs some serious training."
