"The people here are nice. But I don't know if it's ignorance on their part or actually their "system" that they blame, but every time I need to go into the store for a loan I'm required to print out a bank statement, paystub and bring in a check. Regardless that I did all this last month. And they can't take anything electronically via email or other digital format. I have to print out a copy, at home, every time so they can scan it into the computer and hand it back. Oh, and they also need a check, even though I'm using my debit card for the loan. Like I said, the people are nice, but it's stupid policies like this that create waste."
