"I put $800 in the drive thru ATM and it froze and it's not in my account it's been 4 days and I ran out of food and gas I can't even go to work on Monday I got robbed and no one's helping me out they said the credit can take 2 weeks and they said on there system they see the $800 I put in but not reflecting in my account it's my money and I want it now I'm at The Verge going back and busting the ATM open to get my money"

"Phone service at the perris location sucks!!!! I'm trying to cancel a appointment and no one answers the phone!!!! How do I talk with a living breathing human being????????? Perris branch is 100% USELESS!!!! How can "employees" there be so lazy that they don't want to talk to their customers on the phone!!!!! I just want to cancel a appointment we had 5 minutes ago and no one there is willing to answer the phone!!!!! They're USELESS AND LAZY!!!!!!!"

"Closed the branch on cherry hills in Menifee. It had 3 atms. The branch on Ethenac is closed. The lobby atms are not available. The branch in Perris, on 4th & Perris blvd, is closed on Saturday. It is all about control."

"Worst place to do your banking, always takes an hour just to cash a couple checks, was in today 5 people ahead of me, one teller open and tellers in the back chatting away while line is at a standstill. ONE HOUR to move four people out the door?!?!?! Of course the excuse is going to be understaffed but use the people just lounging around and chatting in the back or have a manager come help with customer service. This will of course be followed by a generic automated response. Do better Bank of America, lousy Bank to bank with, ESPECIALLY at this location in PERRIS"

"They never seam to have adequate staffing. It’s always the same scenario, you will waiting in line for a hour plus due to the ATM only allowing no more then a single transaction of $1000 to be made daily. I wish they would put a better effort into properly staffing the establishment on the busier business days."
