"Very disappointed that No one greeted me at all when I walked in. I have to say hi first and I Would say something and the teller would ask a question to the answer I would give her. I had to tell her to have a good day she did not say it to me at all. The teller had no name badge.she also assumed I was pregnant and said congratulations on your pregnancy in which I am NOT pregnant.Horrible place to go to do your banking.The worker was rude. I prefer the Altura on magnolia they are way better they are friendly and always greeting people I would definitely recommend the one on magnolia NOT PERRIS!!!!!! The Manager at the perris branch needs to be trained better and train their employees how to greet people and should have them wear their badges. I was very disrespected when the teller assumed I was pregnant. Please improved the operation and service at this branch!!!!Hope no one has to have an experience that I did. If I could give a zero star I would. Please Altura make changes to this branch."

"Out of years of dealing with this financial institution & visiting various branches this branch is NOT hospitable. 1. They don't speak when you walk in. 2. I observed an elderly lady receiving customer service from window female representative, the lady had a few questions, & the female representative acted & answered in annoying tone. 3. The representative that waited on me didn't smile once. 4. When withdrawing large amounts of currency representatives didn't over an envelope. 5. Friendly customer service at this branch located on Perris Boulevard was nonexistent when I visited 6. To all us Long-term Alturian Customers whom have received excellent customer service from all other Alturas, don't go to Perris branch you'll be sorely disappointed."
