"Took 3 carrier trailers to get my car, shipped 2 states away. First one never arrived due to breakdown, 2nd one picked up but didn't make it 1hour and broke down. I had to constantly beg for information for where my car was and my delivery date was changed a few times. Even rain was blamed for a delay at one point. I understand delays but the lack of information and follow up was terrible, dispatched reached out to me because my agent wasn't sharing updates. Would not recommend."
