"I made a reservation on a Sunday evening to go from Richmond Ca to SFO. I spoke with a man who was very nice and booked my ride for the following Saturday morning. I was quoted a price of $79. the next morning I looked at my flight which was leaving earlier then I thought and I needed to leave a little earlier then 6:45am because my flight was leaving at 8:30am. I called the next morning "Monday" and a women answered the phone. When I told her my flight was leaving at 8:30am not 9:30 so I'll need to book a maybe an half hour earlier she was okay with it and then proceeded to tell me it would be $140. WOW!!!, I ask her why did it double in price in less then 16hours from when I made the original reservations. She couldn't answer that question. She was rude and couldn't give a answer to my question. Bad business. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this dishonest shuttle service."
"My family used A-1 shuttle from Hayward to SFO in June. The driver named Sack was no only on time but 15/minutes early and was able to help load our luggage which included a power scooter. He was courteous and got us to he airport with a most comfortable ride. I would easily recommend this company."
