"The staff was very nice and helpful. The place is clean and well-kept. I feel that my belongings are secure there. My only disappointment is in the pricing plans. After asking many questions before I selected this organization, I asked if I paid for one year upfront would it lock in the Internet price. My understanding clearly was yes. But once I signed the contract, and reading the fine print I found out it’s month-to-month and they can increase the monthly rate at any time. my feeling is this is shady billing practice and they use the Internet rate to suck you in and then can raise the rate at any time. So what’s the importance of my making a commitment to them if they won’t make a commitment to me?"

"Awful experience so far. started paying for a unit since yesterday so it would be ready today without issues and tonight that i went to store my things the code they gave me didn’t work so I called and spent over 40 min on the phone just for them to tell me they were sorry and they couldn’t do anything for me until tomorrow morning so now the people that are moving my things are going to have to leave it all exposed in the streets on a pick up truck and they’ll have to miss work tomorrow because their office opens until 9:30. very frustrating experience. will never use them again and don’t recommend them to anyone"
