"I had been with First Financial since I opened my first savings account when in middle school. Through college and my early career, I had nominal need for customer service. But as my needs grew, their assistance did not. The harrowing wait for card replacement (by mail?!?), the lack of ability to generate financial reports from online banking, and the diminutive amount of branches near me to be able to access support made my decision to switch to another credit union easy. Cancelling my account with First Financial, as a nearly twenty year member, I remember being struck that they did not ask me why I wanted to cancel, nor express any concern of my leaving."
