"The Manager Veronica is rude and disrespectful and needs to be fired!!! She believes that because she is a manager that she can disrespect people. On serval occasions I have seen her be unpleasant in her interactions with customers but I have never interacted with her. Unfortunately, today I did. She was upset because the return I had was not "packaged" the way she wanted. I did have it packaged in a bag, because it came in a vacuum sealded bag originally. She wanted it in a box and I told her the item said to put it in its original packaging which is a bag. She became defensive when i pointed out she was wrong. She was extremely rude to me over an Amazon packaging requirement that she misunderstood and was upset when she was corrected. She started yelling at me in front of people saying that I am wromg. I said you know what fine don't return this one, I have another package I would like to return. I guess at this point she was very mad because she said "No, I'm not returning anything for you. You're rude get out!" I was like can I be helped by someone else and she refused to allow another employees to assist me. I then told her she can not speak for other people and their willingness to assist. She then said "Yes I can. I am their manager and I say they can not help you." She started yelling at me again tellimg me to move because she has to help customers. I said I am a customer. She said I was in the way and they need privacy and I need to get out of her store before she escorts me out. I was appalled and disgusted by her treatment of a customer and then she said " I've been here for 17 years I can do whatever I want!" Then I asked for her employee number and she refused to give it to me she just wrote her name on a card and told me if I have an issue I could call the number but I need to leave her store and I can go to another store. I said, no I am not leaving to another unless she was going to pay for my gas because I just drove to this particular location. Obviously she said no and continued her rant when I was not even engaging with her. She said if I didn't leave she was going to escort me out. I explained that I was not leaving and perhaps she should call the authories. She said she would and then threatened me by saying "you'll never be served in this store again!" So , I said okay well we'll see about that. I don't think you'll be working here much longer. If you do not have people skills or are a miserable unfriendly person, you should not be in customer service. I never write reviews unless I have a reallllly good or reallllly bad experience. Unfortunately, today ot was the latter amd the Manager at this location needs more training or needs to be fired. She had a history of mistreatment of customers."

"Regardless of when I arrive or require assistance I am always acknowledged & assisted. They always offer a receipt regardless of label needs or service. Always pleasant & initiated to all customers in line or in front of me. Very encouraging to use this facility."
