"Very bad service for filing taxes, don't go. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. He did what he wanted with my procedure and sent it until he wanted. In addition, I told him that I wanted my refund by direct deposit and he sent it by mail. Furthermore, the only thing they know how to do is collect. Avoid spending your money at this place they are just scamming."

"I went to do a procedure and at the very appointment they told me that I had to bring my child's father for a passport, he couldn't even come, he was hours away from the place. They couldn't do the process for me but they did charge me in full. Super expensive by the way. That lady Celia is a money-grubber and she doesn't explain it to you before going, I spent hours of gasoline and an improper charge and it didn't solve anything for me."
