"Very hard to reach and not responsive when you leave messages with them. There should be an easier way to reach them. I have gotten about 20 orders today for a German speaking notary to do a mystery shop assignment for $25. I don’t know how this happened. Also, as many times as I’ve requested them to do so, they only email and won’t send notifications to my phone."

"I never even accepted an order from them but I’ve gotten orders 50 miles away for 30$… in New York… like these people don’t know how long 50 miles is here. They are low ballers and deserve to be out of businesss. I would understand if they gave me 8 signings in like 3 days in a similar area at 30$… not great but I’d reason with it but it’s just ridiculous"

"I’ve been doing signings for them for about a year or two. Initially pay was on time (it was definitely low, but on time). I have sent them two detailed invoices with what they owe me (about 2 months late) tried to call them and it sent me to voicemail. I tried looking at it from a place of empathy “hmm maybe things aren’t going well. I’ll just keep reminding them” but just yesterday I got a notification for a signing… and I was so upset…. Because im certain they probably won’t pay the notary for that job either. Their voicemail is full and it goes to voicemail almost immediately. I’ve sent multiple emails, I’ve been patient and really really understanding. However now it’s just disrespectful, if someone would reach out and just be honest chances are I’d probably be extremely understanding. They can’t even do that, which to me is really unprofessional and not good business practice. If your business isn’t doing well and you KNOW you’re not generating enough to maintain your business/lifestyle AND you still hire notary’s to do your signings KNOWING you CANT pay them is so unethical. DO NOT TAKE SIGNINGS FROM THEM unless you wanna be worried about being payed and ignored (multiple times) DONT give them notary business, a business who takes advantage of other people in the same industry with ZERO accountability should be enough proof that you SHOULD take your business elsewhere. Very unhappy Notary Go."

"I’ve started my signings with Notarygo at the end of Nov 21 and I’ve only did 2 signings that month and I got paid for on time at the end of the December 21. Now I’ve been trying reach them to see why they haven’t sent me my times for December 21, and nobody is reaching out to me or returning my calls. The owe me for December and here it is at the end of January and I still haven’t received my times to approve. I called and emailed them for the last 7 days and I still haven’t heard from them so I guess I won’t get paid either! I think it is ashame how they treat people who took the time out their schedule to do these signings and they won’t pay you! It’s so funny that I’m still getting text for signings but they won’t call me or pay me what they owe me! I will not do anymore signings with them ever! I will be getting my lawyer involved."

"NotaryGo is the worst. They are rude as hell. They think talking over people and using a bully tactic is way of doing business. They don't pay according to the industry and when trying to negotiate they make it seem like they doing you a favor. You accept an order for one price then it changes to another. I'm a professional and they take me out of character. When they drop the ball its the signing agent fault, want you to work for free. Bye Felicia. zero stars but you have to pick something"
