"Grant k8 is a disgrace to the word school. It has roach problems, rabid squirrels and a terrible ant problem. I have been at this school 9 years. i highly regret coming here, except that i have met an amazing person. She is awesome anywho. Dont come here i hate it except the teachers are pretty cool except 5th period super boring english ms rousey. if you seriously want to come here think again."
"Remember, this is an OPINION. This school does need a lot of work for it to be functional. The teachers rather go at there own rate rather than the students rate, as in if half the class fails a test, the teacher won't go back to help the kids but rather just tells them to learn it on their own. The school is very dirty as they're probably giving the janitor minimum wage. The school lunches are "healthy". Cause you know, pizza and, some what, burgers are healthy, but we do have a salad bar that is touched every blue moon. Most of the kids here are nice, which is the only reason i have been here for the past 8 years. The school is a little fishy though, as I have had about 3 principles in the past couple of years, but that's not the worst. At Grant, their are some very OBNOXIOUS rules, as in we have a time limit to go to the bathroom. The staff lie to the kids in many ways, as in telling us that the bathroom rule was implied at the beginning at last year, but the teachers just got "lazy". So if your sending your kid here, just beware of the previous things I have send. :)"
"I've been here since 3rd grade and I was made fun of multiple times there is to much drama, not a good school for kids who are unique , or who have special needs. They have a lot of thing to improve on. The rules there are too harsh!. Some teachers are great teachers such as middle school science , history , English, and math teachers . This is a really cheap school they need to make it look neater the play ground is horrible. The lunch lady's are horrible such as ms. Carmen she is not s good lunch lady she assumes things and is harsh for no reason. ms. Bianca is the kind of lunch lady how makes you feel safe and is understanding to other people! Grant has a lot of things to work on !!"
"My daughter has attended this school since 1st grade and she has had a wonderful experience. Parents are very active and teachers have always been attentive and responsive. I suspect some drama with the administration because we have seen 3 or 4 different principals in the past few years."
