They happily packed our items - trying a few different boxes until they found one that fit everything perfectly! - and it was shipped quickly and less expensively than the post office (and FAR less expensive than an additional bag fee for the airline!). Staff were professional and friendly. I'd definitely use them often if I lived in California. :)"
