"I brought my mother who was feeling poorly. There was about a 15 min wait, which was very reasonable in my opinion, and we were seen by the Physician's Associate within another 15 min. We were treated with respect and had all questions answered before we left. Very pleased with the overall experience. Before going in, I had called to two other big clinics and they quoted over 45 min wait at an UR in a town over an hour away and no "normal" doctor's appointments (in person or virtual) for a full week. Hudson Physicians for the win! and Mom is feeling better now :)"
"Spending Halloween at Urgent Care was not what we anticipated...but a double ear infection and a miserable 4 year old brought us in! Once the staff found out my son had missed trick or treating, they had a bag ready filled with goodies AND he was able to "trick or treat" to the receptionists on the way out. Truly, the urgent care staff went above and beyond and it was so thoughtful and appreciated!"
"Updating my old review because my recent experiences were very different than the one my old review reflected. Jamie W was the nurse who checked me in, she was incredible!! It’s such a relief to have a validating experience at an urgent care facility. Jamie was thorough in her questions & helped me get the care I needed. Every person at Hudson Physicians Urgent Care was so patient, kind & gentle- and most importantly I got the care I needed. I am so grateful to have a medical experience in which I feel heard & have my needs met. 5 stars for the whole team there!"
"Hudson Physicians was the only urgent care open late on a Sunday night. Went in for a nasty ongoing case of bronchitis. I was the only one there at 7:45pm. It took about 10 min to check me in as a new patient. Two other people came in during that time and were ahead of me in the care line. But I still only waited 5 min to be seen. Was in the room less than 5 min when the doctor came in. Kind, courteous, treated me with concern and respect. All the staff were friendly and kind. Definitely a 5 star experience and has me considering switching over for my primary care."
