"Truck was in good condition. Tried to drop off the truck a little early, and said I could do so through the app, since it was after hours, and in the app it said I had "no rentals to show". So they charged me for this error $20 service fee. I even went to my receipt in my email, and hit the link to the app, signed in, and still said I had "no rentals to show" in the app. Tried to do live chat, and the chat kept being cut off when I didn't answer within 2 minutes. It only took that long because they asked for my contract number, and I had to briefly look for it. Hopped back on the chat, and had to explain the whole thing again. They cut me off again when I went to check their dead link they gave me, which was no help at all. These guys rip you off. Get a truck from a friend of you can"

"Uhaul Provided a truck that should have been in a shop! Check engine light came on right after we loaded it and the local dealer said it was past due on an oil change AFTER I limped it back 90 MILES. I also didn't get the truck I reserved costing me over 100 dollars and taking a day off the time I booked it for. Ukiah uhual rented me a totally meshed up uhual just to get me out the door. I told them how far we had to go and they didn't take that in consideration at all when renting me a "in town unit" Long story short UHAUL is not worth your time and will break a $50 guarantee to up-sale you a $150 rental... Thats was what was wrong the truck I wont go into deal on how the service was even worse."

"Fuel wasn’t even at half a tank yet they expect me to put in more fuel than what was already in there. If I could I’d give 0 stars. Never using your services again especially after gas lighting me"

"Tried to pick up my reserved trailer Thursday 2.10.23 @ 1815 Was told by a young women that she would not give me a trailer because the sticker on my 4runner was old. My registration is and has been up to date, due to military moves I never got my sticker. For background I've rented from uhaul 2 times previously with this same truck and sticker. After explaining my situation and offering to show my registration, she flat out refused to look at it, quoting "uhaul policy" with a restrained smile. To make matters worse, her coworker standing next to her said she had never heard of that and was kind of in disbelief. While I had just drove an hour after a 10 hour shift at work to pickup the trailer for my move tomorrow, I had no energy to argue. So I just left. I don't run to the race card, but I would love for the world to know that's how a black veteran was treated at this location. Wouldn't even look at my registration...."

"We got a very bad experience with our truck today. Trying to move everything today, but couldn't drive that far. The truck we received had a 1/4 gas tank left. We went to gas station to pump gas and all the gas kept leaking out as we pumped. Found out a broken pipe connecting straight to the fuel pumping hole. We already drove 30 mins out. We called U-Haul here, they said we call the wrong number and connected us to the Roadside assistance line. Took forever for them to get back to us. They said they will send someone to fix the truck. Waited 2 hours, no one comes. They told us to drive it back home... with almost no gas left in the tank and didnt even know if the truck would expose... U-Haul, I don't know what type of business you guys are doing if you can maintain your own vehicle..."
