"I called at 6:00 pm to set up an appointment and was told that they were booked for the day, but after a few minutes of discussing my back issues, l was put on hold and then told that the dr would see me. I arrived at a couple minutes before 7 pm to find the door locked.. if they close at 7 pm and agreed to see me even though they were booked, l assumed l would be seen after the last appointment was finished at 7pm, but the door was locked before 7 because l knocked on the door and waited and then went back to my car and called them at exactly 7 pm and no one answered. If they weren’t goin to let me in upon arriving, after driving 40 minutes to get there, l wished they would have just said they couldn’t get me in and set up an appointment for the next day. Why say you will see someone and then lock them out? How frustrating!"
