"Long wait times even when it doesn’t seem very busy. If you can’t get an appt. with your doctor, I don’t recommend Jennifer the nurse practitioner. She is a very nice person, but has twice failed to diagnose the correct problem or offer any treatments to any member of my family other than to wait it out. I took my child to her, was told it was a viral infection, and the next day we were back to see another doctor and turns out it was pneumonia- which I had suspected all along and kept arguing to please prescribe an antibiotic. A simple x Ray would have shown the issue, but none was ordered by her. She always has appointments open, which is pretty unusual. So unless it’s a wellness check, I wouldn’t see her. The decor in the waiting room is very old and outdated and needs new furniture. It’s been the same chairs for ages!! The staff is very, very nice and they do have great doctors and pediatricians. The only other negative is how far out they book wellness checks. Be prepared to wait a few months at least!! All that being said, as long as they keep my doctor, I will continue to go!!!"
