"Company sold a used bike casefor 400$ which was a defective cheap chinese item, charged 70$ for initially shipping. Since it's through Amazon I get the full refund but they don't cover back shipping. Rip off company, don't buy from them. Put them out of business."
"If i could give 0 stars i would. I ordered a wheelset on sears.com and it the wrong size and now they dont cover the shipping. And it is a big item. Not recommended and will never order with them again. Other inline shopping sites protects you with returns but sears didnt."
