"Absolutely AMAZING customer service!! Ed and his team are incredibly professional. I am just getting back into mountain bike riding after taking a few decades off and they were so accommodating! They took their time to help me figure out what I needed and stay within my budget. There was an issue with my Thule bike rack that had nothing to do with the service at the shop but rather Thule's issue. Ed went above and beyond to help me get that fixed and corrected. I highly recommend this bike shop if you're looking for a bike, whether you are new to biking or a pro. They've got quite a variety!"

Called in to check availability on a Specialized Roll for the lady, they had it, was still in a box and 2-hours later - it’s already built and in my car. Doesn’t really get better than that.
