"If I can give it 0 stars I would. the amount of escalations my providers and I have placed are astounding!!!! this insurance has sent us to their IN NETWORK provider and then denies claims on the bases that they are out of network. the provider continues to prove that they are in network. we are halfway through treatment and my insurance that I pay over $1200 a month has for; still denied our claim!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FRAUDULENT INSURANCE!! THEY PIGGY BACK OFF OF OTHER INSURANCES (using Aetna ppo scheduling fees)AND THEY SAVE MONEY BY GIVING PROVIDERS THE RUN AROUND SO THAT THEY BECOME SO FRUSTRATED AND WORN DOWN THAT THE ONLY WAY THE PROVIDER WILL CONTINUE TO WORK WITH THE CLIENT; IS IF THEY ARE CASH CLIENTS... TWO YEARS WITH THIS INSURANCE AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WASTEDDDDDDDDD!!!! I would have saved money paying for everything out of pocket!!!"
