"Dr Wong and team is amazing and offer great explanation to my eye prescription and problems. I got my lenses from here and Dr Wong worked with me to figure out the best lens after multiple round of trials and patiently finding the right fit. They even worked me to get replacement lens for my specs as it got scratches ( informed they r under warranty). Also their dog Chloe is the best!!!!!"

"It was my first time here and I had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely kind and patient staying over an hour after to help me get the right lenses/frames/contact combo. I’m an engineer and love to understand most things. Dr.Wong comes across as smart, competent, and willing to talk through different questions and curiosities. Overall seemed like a really cool person. I was a little hesitant after I read a review on here bashing them for trying to upsell and hiding the info about rebates. I would disagree with this. I recently moved here and my old optometrist in LA provided info in the same way; that is, they tell you all the options and they tell you their recommendation. I thought over the options and picked most items that were not their recommendation. I didn’t feel there was any pushback in questioning my choice. Also the rebates for contacts are meant to be a hassle, that’s universal for contact rebates and just rebates in general. Rebates are simply consumer price differentiation, wealthy won’t waste their time with it, more frugal will put in the effort. I’ll definitely be back and recommend them if you’re looking for a new optometrist."
