"I brought in a misaddressed package to get it returned to the sender, and these klutzes insisted that I either pay to have it returned (!) or personally hand it back to the driver. They then redelivered it when I was out even though I had a note on my door telling them that the addressee no longer lived at my address! Just ridiculous"

"This store consistently doesn’t open on time. This is the third time I’ve shown up at 8 AM and the store wasn’t open. It’s currently 8:15 AM on 1/9/24 and it’s still not open and now I have to go to work."

"Beware of you're shipping and don't have an account. You will be overcharged. I looked up the price on the UPS website - $13.24. I have a digital scale and inflated the dimensions to the next inch. Went to the store and a guy was helping me. A woman came over and said he was doing it wrong. She measured my box and added an inch to the already inflated depth. I complained and she tried to justify it. I didn't accept her explanation and she fixed that. She entered a box shaped cardboard package into the system as irregular packaging. The result? Over $37. When I complained, was told the extra $24 was for their help. No thanks."

"Extremely kind and helpful service. The woman behind the counter helped me with a fax, but also served the needs of the other customers who were there in a friendly and efficient way. She was one of those customer service people who leave you with a great feeling after interacting with them!"

"This really is the worst UPS store in the area, perhaps even in the world. It is never open on time, ever. In the last five attempts to get there at opening time, nothing. Just shuttered. Deeply annoying when you’ve spent the time prepping things, driven here and have a tight schedule. On top of that, they have lost returns twice - which means a complete cluster jam with any retailer. Do not leave here (if you have to come) without a receipt for any drop offs. Opening time posted online and in the window is 8AM. Pic taken at 8:45. Been here since 8."
