"I transferred my prescriptions from Walgreens after finding out Walgreens wanted $1700 for one script and pick&save pharmacy I paid $34 for same script so despite all the bad reviews here I love this pharmacy"

"I am told that the pharmacy is under new management. They've been doing a terrible job with the drug pricing. A lot of times the meds are better priced through GoodRx. If you ask them look? They become very upset and every time it's been cheaper through GoodRx. Terrible customer service skills."

"The automated phone system is enough to make anyone upset. Then, after fighting with the computer for what felt like forever, I finally got Mitch on the phone. And when I tried to tell him the phone system was driving me insane, he hung up on me!!! Are you kidding me?!!!!! Then, when I finally got him back on the phone, again, after dealing with the phone automated system, he scolded me for calling last minute. No. You don't shame paitents. I'm dealing with a family member who has cancer, and I don't need that. They live up to their reputation."

"I am leaving this review in February of 2023, after transferring my Rxs to this pharmacy in June of 2022, and I have nothing but glowing reviews for this pharmacy. I am a bit of a challenging customer, as I take multiple medications on a regular basis, a few of which are controversial or often in short supply. I have been stable and on these medications for most of my life, and there's nothing worse than a pharmacy that wants to express judgement or hostility about my medications or medical conditions. Not once have I experienced that at this pharmacy. Even better than not experiencing hostility, is how well this entire small, but efficient, team works together to meet their customer's needs. Mitch, the head pharmacist, has taken on the challenge of syncing up my meds multiple times to minimize the number of trips that I need to make to the pharmacy, which is a service that I have found difficult to obtain at the big box pharmacies, where customers are nothing more than a number. I find that this pharmacy helps me keep on top of my medication management in a way that improves my quality of life. I really appreciate their useful text messages about med syncs and refill status, so much so that I switched my Medicare Advantage plan just to be able to continue working with them. The only drawback that I have experienced is that sometimes it will take a few days to get a full 30-90day supply of a *new* medication on my list. This is not a hardship as they have always have enough on-hand to get the med started, and it's fair because they are not a huge pharmacy that carries oodles of meds that are not often in demand. It might not be the ideal choice for meds that you need immediately following a doctor's appointment (like a 10 day round on an unusual med), but it's certainly ideal if you have multiple medications that you take on a regular basis. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough."

"Terribly unprofessional staff. They've hung up on myself and my Dr's office. They attempted to tell my Doctor which medications she needed to prescribe me as if they sit in on my appointments. Mitch is on a power trip, the rest there aren't much better. Don't go here unless you have no other choice."
