"I came here to avoid a DMV. Now that I’ve came here I wish I would have waited to go to the DMV. Customer service is a joke. I called them before I came and told them I’ll be down there. Once I got down there they never mentioned to me that they only accept cash. After getting a “quote” on the title transfer I ran around for an around on a Saturday to get the cash. I came back and the price changed by over $100 dollars! No one apologized for their mistake, or anything. I was there a total of 1-2 hours trying to get everything taken care of. What a waste!! On top of that, they charged me $55 for an out of state title transfer , and another $55 for a vin check. That’s another $110 on top of my registration. I feel like I wasted money going through this company. Save your money and go elsewhere."
