"Going through this agency was truly one of the worst experiences. We finalized on a premium quote after weeks of back and forth and AFTER I paid for the first month, they changed my quote to 1.5x of what we originally discussed due to a document being rejected. The worst part is that they did not even have the decency to inform me of this, I found out about this when I just happened to logged into my account. After this, I finally found the document they were looking after paying through my nose for it and that got rejected too! On the other hand, a friend that I referred submitted that same document and StateFarm honored it and these agents said it was out of their control. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing, and made my car insurance experience so traumatic. No apologies from the head of the office and no regret for what they put me through. It is wasted time and money I will never get back."
