"I brought my cup for a coffe refill added 1 shot of espresso to it and got charged to 2.49 for 1 shot of espresso and my cashier was very rude about it I ended up paying $3.88 instead of $1.19 for a coffee refill. I ended up paying it because she was set on arguing and being right and I was not about to argue and be involved in some drama , a African American lady in the late 50s"
"One of the better Kwik Trips in the area- this place is always fully stocked with hot food. Not all of them are like that. I have three different Kwik Trips near me and this one is my go-to"
"An unsightly and disgruntled employee, Dee, was walking around scolding innocent employees and causing an embarrassing scene. We were at the register trying to purchase our items and Dee would not stop interrupting our cashier to unnecessarily yell and scold them, extending the time our transaction took exponentially. Several different times during the transaction Dee would talk over either the cashier, or even myself to make an inappropriate comment about another employee. I do not appreciate having someone hovering around, making their problems everyone else's problems, while I'm just trying to buy my snacks and gas. All the other employees at this store are phenomenal, our cashier was incredibly nice, helpful and friendly, however Dee was doing everything in their power to make this harder for everyone. It really shocked me to see such a troll like Dee bringing the entire establishment down. If there is any area this store that needs serious improvement, it's Dee."

"The bathrooms are always disgusting with urine and feces all over the place. Julia is rude to the customers and needs some re-educatio on how to handle interactions with customers. All of the employees are rude. There are plenty of other kwik trips in the area for me to give my money to. Especially considering this is the worst area of this town, I don't need to deal with the employees hired at this store. There is a reason they are all in their 30s or older and can't get a better job than working at a gas station, and that reason is because of their attitude."
