"The most bureaucratic and unuser friendly medical group ever! My insurance doesn't require referral for vision, mental health, alternative practices but bc this is my group, everything does! on top of that I never appear in the system of most providers and i have spent countless hours trying to fix this with various reps at blue shield (the insurance). they only have 2 labs in LA. they are also biased towards a korean population and discriminatory. DO NOT CHOSE THEM"

"Worst place to ever go or call they had me on hold for more then a hour.then hang up on me then i call back then they just hang up over and over then they answer and they put me on hold again..and then When i went in all doors was close i had to call 2 times for they can open and when they finally open they is your very rude. Walls were very dirty room as well. Lil animals every were. No privacy... Now let me tell u guys about when the doctors came in the room por doctor cant even stand. He is not professional at all. Omg and so uncomfortable he asked me to put up my shirt and that he want to check my breast told him i didnt feel comfortable at all even if a female nurse was in the room."
