"As a child who went here, I must say that I really enjoyed coming here for a year. We made stone soup, played dress up, had stories read to us, had glitter covered apples when we did good things, and watched our teacher slap a child! Good times"
"My kids attended and were part of the PM (the older kids) class. The kids loved the school, learned a lot, and made so many good friends. Because it is a co-op school, the parents also get to know each other. And it is a fantastic way to meet other parents who truly care about their community. I only wish that we could have joined the school earlier so the kids could have spent two years attending. I highly recommend it!"
"We were lucky to attend this school. I love the co-op mentality of CVPNS. I have met such fun and caring families there. I believe that the people that make the time to be really involved in their kiddo's preschool experience are the same people that carry that investment over to elementary and high school. They are also the people the volunteer to run the scout troops, join the PTAs, and are generally community-minded, service-oriented people. It is a pleasure to know such giving families! Plus, I'm a big fan of the play-based curriculum. 3-5 year olds get to learn with all their senses. Play-based learning is experiential and kinetic, plus offers deep social/ emotional growth opportunities. I can't say enough good about this preschool."
"Amazing school where parents and teachers work together to help their preschool aged children with social and school skills. Great mix of play and “traditional” learning. As a mom of two with a masters degree in Early Childhood education- I had a very high standard for a preschool. Our Four years here were fantastic. As a parent, it’s a lot of work, but the results you see in your children are worth every minute you contribute to the school."
