"Bought a pool vacuum here worked good for couple months came back to get it fixed and he told me it wouldn't take long that he had extra parts took almost 6 months to finally get it warranty to get another one I just didn't like all the games he played about next week next week next time I'll spend extra money and go elsewhere you should too"

"Disrespectful! Idk how there are so many good reviews. (Exactly why I chose them) The worst pool company I've ever worked with. HORRIBLE communication, I had to call over and over to get them to come fix my pool that I got refilled and they left green. Kept telling me to change out parts but didn't know what I was getting charged because internal communication was bad, they didn't know about invoices so charged me whatever. I would take time off work to make sure I'm there so we can figure out what was wrong with it the pool but they would show up at different times. The owner got frustrated because he most likely knew he was in the wrong and basically ended service with me when he never communicated how to set the pool up properly. Said that it was my fault the pool is like this, isn’t this what I pay you for so I don’t have to deal with it??? Very upset."

"Unfortunately after months of complaints, Jesus at All Valley Pool abandoned my pools. He would not listen to me and/or address the problems that his employee was causing. He left me with two green pools with damage. He found it easier to just tell me he did not want my business instead of doing what i paid him for. Do not use this company! He took my money then abandoned me, he’s a crook."

"Sr. has been helping us maintain our pool since we moved to the valley. Since my last review he has continued to exceed our expectations. Our pool is big and he professionally, efficiently and successfully drained and cleaned our pool! We had so many concerns and he was patient and coached us and didn’t have us spend any more money than we absolutely needed too. I appreciate this company so much ! As you can see in the picture he’s serious about his craft! I recommend All Valley Pool and Spa to anyone with the need to keep your pool clean and safe, you will get honesty and experience.
