"The other day that I came in the store, all of the employees were not wearing their face masks appropriately, they were worn under their nose. Customers in the store were not wearing face masks. This store does not take serious the mandate to wear face masks to stop the spread of Covid -19 Do your part Cost less. I reported it to a cashier by the name of Janet. July 27, 2020 11:20 AM"

"Just left cost less on Yosemite in Modesto to buy vegetables when I was there I saw the worker just throwing the produce around and I asked what he was going to do with it and he said he was going to put it back on top of the new I asked you do you expect me to buy bruised tomatoes and expect me to be happy customer and he just started laughing.then I went to get some jalapenos and they were all rotten is smushy on there I asked him about that and he just started laughing again. Talked to a manager at the cash register and told him how the produce has gone down in quality and told him I didn't want to have to drive across town to get my vegetable but you told me to go ahead and go across town and not to go to the store if I didn't feel happy and did nothing to try to resolve the problem."

"Went today to store in Ceres on Hatch rd. I have shopped there since it opened fair prices an always quality/fresh produce. But today the produce dept. Needed a good going through there were rotten tomatoes in the bin with hundreds of the green vines just laying there where they had been taken off. Also the cilantro was wilted and had no smell of fresh bed. This is putting them in line w there computers. Also stickers and cart people were running around w the biggest frown s you were saw so unhappy to be there no customer service need manager intervention"
