"I have had 2 bikes regularly maintenanced with Dublin Cyclery. I bought a bike here too. A few times I just came in to ask a question on something I wanted to fix or replace myself and they have not hesitated to answer my questions, and once I needed assistance of a power tool and attachment I didn't want to buy, and they got done what I had manually tried to do for hours, in no time at all, for like $5. Pretty much everything you could want in a bike shop. Honest, helpful, and fairly priced compared to what you'd pay anywhere else. Kudos to the managers and staff, customer service is beyond 5 stars. One time I was in there and they had the whole staff working on a really unique bike for someone who could not ride a regular set up, and they really did their best and got that bike back out the door so this kid could enjoy the freedom of cycling again. I will miss this bike shop as I'm leaving the area, but I wanted to leave this review, because this is the bike shop you should go to."

"I visited them to fix my break in the bike. The person in the shop helped fix the break even without charging but teaching me how to take care of the issue. I really appreciate the time taken and so happy to see a honest business who believe in truly helping customers."

"I was helped as soon as I walked in, which was good because I had no idea what kind of bike I wanted coming in! I was helped my Mario, and he knew exactly the kind of bikes I might want based on just a few things I told him. He let me try our some bikes that would fit, and was really helpful."

"Horrible customer service, clearly the owner and staff needs training. I can help you learn to be more professional and gain business, not lose business! Continued….. I wanted to save you the embarrassment from all the missed steps on your end as to providing a service. You clearly answered one of my issues. You have a new employee that was not properly trained by management or ownership. This business does not have the price of kickstands on a sticker near any price tag as I looked at plenty of bikes for two days at your shop. You didn’t not offer a free kickstand either in the manor you stated. What happen was I shopped for a bike for two days at your location asking all questions and never was told about a $30 kickstand which the price is not the issue but rather the approach your store took. I paid for everything, loaded the bike in my vehicle then was told “oh I forgot to charge you” ok well let’s go pay. If price full price is not shown on bike then that’s your fault! And the price is not shown on any of your bikes, I’m sure they do now lol! When we walked into pay for the $30 kickstand I changed my mind of wanting to do business with Dublin Cycle and requested my refund. Then and only then did you or Nate offer a free kickstand lmao. Robert said a refund will show in 24-48 hours. So called days later and he said 3-5 days. Your store is pathetic, try to justify your faults is just as wack as your attempt to protect Robert lol. Get your facts straight! At that point you lost my business and I can continue to prove your owner Roberts faults but they are very visible, in real life and in speaking. REI was able to facilitate and offer great service. Best of luck to you in the future."

"Went in for service. Expecting to spend $200 to $300 and the service-tech talked me out of it saying that what I had was running good enough for the moment to save my money and get a new bike (or entire new group-set) later on down the road. You can't buy that kind of service; and I'll definitely be back when it comes time to replace my gravel bike."
