"Strange business, contacted them to get a quote for the home and auto insurance. I replied back to their email with a bunch of personal information that were asked for the quote. I sent them an encrypted email with the password for the peace of mind. However, they replied with ‘I received an encrypted message from you. I will NOT open it’ What the hack? So I asked them what it meant, whether they can’t open it or they will not open it. No reply after that. What did you want to do with the customer’s information. Regardless, why you WILL not open the encrypted email? I have been using an encrypted email whenever I deal with my personal information like a mortgage, insurance."

"I have about 10 policies with them, they keep switching their staff and I don’t get the urgent responses I need like buying coverage for a house that I inquired 3 weeks ago. I forgot about it until now and was trying to get it done but I’m being que-ed. I don’t feel like a valued customer and as soon as I find a new brokerage I want to cancel and move all my policies. Praying that nothing happens to my new house during this time that I have no coverage."
