"My infant started at this Kindercare summer 2023. I’ve been very grateful for the care received in the infant room. Miss Tona and Miss Kamiyah are so kind and gentle and take great care of my baby. The new center director, Miss Michelle, is also responsive and proactive in ensuring that there is a safe environment for the babies."

"Not enough words to describe how poor the toddler care was. Red flag- first day I picked up my daughter after my husband had dropped her off they didn’t even have me sign in or ask who I was they just let me take my child without even have met me. Where are the security measures? My daughter was in daycare from 12 weeks old and had been to 2 different daycares without any issue. All of a sudden she developed hysterical crying fits when even approaching this daycare’s parking lot. She would cry all day. We would pick her up and she’s in the same corner crying, often times not fed. Classroom smelled of mildew. They had terrifying Halloween decorations that were not kid appropriate hanging on the toddler classroom door. I’ve only ever witnessed the teachers sitting on a chair looking bored. Never up and interacting with the kids. Whenever I picked up my daughter they wouldn’t even get off their chair. When asked about my daughters things they tell me to go into the classroom and get things myself or “go look for it”. We have heard a teacher yell at a little boy during a diaper change. The new director at the time took our complaints well and we tried with this facility for 3 months but gave up because changes were not made. My daughters behavior at home subsequently changed. She became scared to sleep on her own, scared of other kids and adults. So we moved her to the daycare across the road and she is back to normal. She is thriving, she is well loved and taken care of. She has zero issues there. PLEASE, as a mother and a doctor, I urge you to keep your kids away from this facility."

"We have been so happy with our choice in Kindercare. This is our first baby, born in the middle of a pandemic, and restrictions to keep everyone safe mean that we have never been inside the facility. This is hard to process, but the staff and director have been so welcoming and responsive that we have had zero concerns. We continue to be amazed at the creative activities that the infants are engaged in, from art projects, to sensory experiences, to play time outside with classmates. We love getting pictures and updates, and know our sweet baby is in good hands. He’s too little to be excited about daycare, but he’s never sad when we drop him off (it’s been 5 months and he’s never been upset at drop off). I picked him up early one day and when his teacher brought him out, he had his head on her shoulder. It is clearly a place he feels safe and nurtured. Highly recommend Kindercare!"

"Our two children have been attending Amcenter Drive Kindercare for about 1.5 years and we could not be happier with our decision. We have experienced every room at the center from infants to Pre-K and all of the teachers have been tremendous. The director fully understands the needs of all the children and is always available for input. The facility is first-class and clean, communication is clear and the daily updates in the mobile app are a big plus. The curriculum is far and away the best we have seen at any childcare facility and the development of our children has been truly amazing. Thank you for everything you do!"

"Great staff, very nice facility, new and clean. It opens early and closes late compare to other centers which is crucial for us as we both work long shifts in the hospital. The gym is a great feature, especially in the winter when it is too cold to be out, or in the summer when it's too hot. The kids still get to run around in a bigger space rather than be in the same room all day. We have had our toddler there since it opened and we are about to have our 4 months baby go as well. Would recommend it to anyone."
