"Poor service from Andy in auto. Helped out male customer first instead after I was waiting in line for 30+ minutes with old battery. Asked to see pictures of customers car while I waited. Unnecessarily held up the line by starting a transaction for this customer on the ONLY terminal they had while knowing that the transaction could not be completed without waiting for manager authorization. Andy just shrugged at me and skipped over me in line AGAIN while I continued to wait. Will definitely not be returning to this location"

"I LOVE WATCHING MY 600LB LIFE, WHILE EATING COSTCO DESSERTS!!! Last night I got full lecture from my personal trainer about my consumption of the Devils Delights aka Carbs & Desserts! Today, my office had a training with lunch provided; Costco desserts were on the menu!!! I was like monkey dancing on a razor blade when I saw the Triple Chocolate Pie and Tuxedo Cakes were chosen to accompany our lunch! I took a sliver of each and have no regrets in consuming those calories!!! (“JUST MORE TO LOVE!” is what I’ll tell myself, when I look in the mirror! ) The slivers were so worth last night’s lecture and the upcoming lecture when I step on the scale! (I know how to skillfully ignore lectures. I perfected this skill during my past marriages.) The chino hills costco, has the best selection and staff! I have an Executive Club Membership (YOU’RE WELCOME COSTCO!)"

"It's a good place for bulk family shopping. For the sake.of first timers be aware that most items are sold here and all Costco in bulk. If you plan to buy a little quantity,it might not be the nice place for you on majority items. For liquor , toilet papers and most food items their price is one among the best bets. But do keep in mind that you won't be having a calm, peaceful shopping. It will be crowded most of the times around the week. Most items are sold in a good margin here for the members and their ice cream, rolls and pizza outside cafeteria is a plum on the cherry."
