"Today went pharmacy for mom’s Covid vaccine. Call before there someone said don’t need appointment and wait 10~15 minute. I went checked in and all paperworks ready but technician said wait 30 minute and I did OK but she say again wait 45 minute to increase wait time. We give up waiting too long and back to home . We decide find out other pharmacy and never comeback to this Costco pharmacy. Just reference for user technician her name is Madison and unkindness and speak rude. If see her in counter? Wait other technician or pharmacist."

"Costco pharmacy is going down hill. It took one week to get my refill and they are not consistent with providing the same manufacturer of thyroid rx and is causing fluctuating in my labs. I called to see if they had my meds ready for pick up and I was hung up on twice. They ordered my medication while speaking to them today when I called it in last week."
