"Could use a newer look on a few more areas but the majority of the people who lives there are really nice and polite.."
"Place is trash there is nothing cozy about it. It's affordable but you got to deal with 70-80 cats in this small place so it stinks. There's about 10 homeless people that also occupy the park 24/7 they trailer hop they seem friendly but they will break into your place and kick back in your pad while your at work eat you food and take whatever as they please so beware. Other then that its affordable."
