"If I could give Negative Stars, I would! WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY! If you want to be done dirty, pay rent on time but home not in good conditions. If you want to live in a home with no AC during the summer, but get a 3day notice immediately after the 1st, if you want to get evicted illegally and watch them high 5 eachother in the court room right after their paid judge kicks you out, then this is your company! Go for it, good luck!"

"This is the worst property management company. Please avoid renting any property from this place. There is roof damage that allows water to enter the walls in the bathroom. They have sent someone to make estimate of repair. Never returned or called me about it. Pro management never called me if this issue was repaired. I continued sending pictures and making several written request that they do not make copies of. Renter has to take a picture of written request report and save it. I was belittled today 3-2-2024 by the employees today and made fun of when I went to pay my rent. While I was there several tenants complained of repairs never done."

"Lola made ALL THE DIFFERENCE! She turned all the negative into positive! She worked with me and my family until we were able to have somewhere to call home Very consistent with everything My experience didn't start off looking to great but once she stepped in everything worked out great! So very happy she was introduced to me to take over 5stars for LOLA***** Jo Carter"

"Lola was absolutely amazing. I had issues with my credit and finding a place was very difficult. After a long time of searching for the right home, not having the money for deposits amongst other things, Lola was always so friendly and helpful. The home I received is a completely different home from when I first saw it. Yes there were signs of mice yes a request for an exterminator was made yes they did not follow through with it and yes I paid to have one come out myself for my own security. I gave a three star because some things yes I am to deal with to make the house a home, however with the rain one of my children roof has begun to leak. I was not able to speak to anyone the day it happened as the San Jacinto office never answers. I spoke with Michelle the next day who stated they would send someone. Now a week later and still no response. Left messages for manager Valerie and still no response and no one has come out. As I understand the position I am in and I did accept the home, a leaking roof is not something I should have to repair for a home that isn’t truly mine. I’m willing to do the minor but the major should be taken care of. For the San jacinto office they get a 1 star for lack of response to phone calls, never being in office and not addressing issues promptly. As far as Lola she gets and deserves a 5 star she was absolutely amazing through the process start to finish. Overall star given ⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Just a heads up they like to change their name, originally they were IE rentals, and now they're going to become starlight management just so everybody knows this place is a slumlords dream of renters worst nightmare don't rent from them. One manager tends to lie about things and fails to understand what the Warranty of habitability means. To make excuses for not doing repairs for 5 years is unacceptable. zThere is no excuse and don't you think with Me having yearly inspections that the property failed on is proof. And my washer in place of my refrigerator is not a reason or excuse not to stay within the warranty of habitability. it has nothing to do with the mold under the sink that's been there since the day I moved in I should have* canceled the contract right then and gone back to home. You think you know what's going on here just because I had my adult kids here on a regular basis I'm sorry that I have a large family that comes to see me all the time remember I got hit by a car they like to come and help me a lot but no you don't see it that way. And you have no idea how much I saved you in repairs because of the things I fixed myself and never charged you never once asked for a reduction in rent so you've lost out on guaranteed rent for that place too bad I really liked it. But your opinions gets in the way of you being an apartment manager. You don't follow code of ethics or morals at all and you shouldn't be a manager. By the way the proper thing to do yetyou send maintenance the proper thing to make an appointment with the resident. Even tho I was always home coming unannounced is disrespectful ' but I Always let them in. And my rent was paid on time every month. The manager created a fraudulent document, a 3-day notice pair quit with proof of service that I know without a shadow of a doubt is never got served and your 3-day notice wasn't filled out correctly to begin with so you filed a fraudulent document that is no good and only because of my illness was I unable to file the answer in time but it's okay I'm filing the lawsuit this is the last time I'll speak of it the pro Management you're a bunch of liars I've got housing program behind me that's is on board with what I'm going through you're going down.. news at 11:00"
