"While visiting someone I noticed it was real peaceful, quiet and clean. When walking to the pool I almost forgot I was in Hemet. I didnt see one drug addict which is actually impossible if your familiar with Hemet or California in general. I'm sure there is a 2 year wait to even get into one of these units."
"I lived here for almost a year. It was always very quiet, clean and well-maintained. James, the maintenance tech, was always friendly and helpful with work orders. I enjoyed my lease being month-to-month, I appreciated being able to have a pet and we LOVED our 2-car garage. The only issues that stood out to me were that in the short period of living there, there had been about 3 different managers and there was no parking for visitors, especially on the Stetson side."
"The Stetson Townhomes community is one of a kind. My family and I truly love it here and will definitely sign another lease when our current lease is up. Nicole does an excellent job of running the office and definitely makes you feel welcome to our community. Bob is by far a great owner. He is very fair and will not hesitate to have maintenance(very good as well) fix any problems what's so ever. If you're looking for a place to live I highly recommend the Stetson Townhomes."

"Been living here for two years, very happy with how Bob runs his townhomes, his staff James and Nicole are very professional and curteous. Repairs are always acknowledged promptly. Everyone keeps to themselves and respectful. Grounds and pool are always kept clean. Beautiful granite and wooden flooring, surely helps when you have active children."
