"I am a current resident of Oak Terrace Senior apartments and have enjoyed living here 16 years. I've been able to relate each management with success. Please consider living here as an option. See ya, Valerie"

"My mother has lived here for almost 10 years and most of the recent reviews are accurate. This place has gone down hill, the new owners are cheap, don’t do repairs in a timely manner and don’t take care for the apartment grounds. My mother is in a wheelchair disabled and her AC has went out for the second time this year and they told her they don’t have estimated time when it will be fixed. The previous time she had to wait four months to have her AC fixed…you joking right. I do not recommend this place to anyone and hopefully we can find her a better place to live soon."

"Well as long ican still the jon on my own, burn water, and try to deal with a non handicapper shower sure is better than liven on the streets!!! Even the Water is like a diaper pail of used cloth soiled diapers and peels the skin like a rash, Yet ,now I have unwelcome pests, and varmints, nothing to worry about Unless Living in a pit and all sewage, internet, tv basic cable competitive company wars, and havin to just be under scrutiny sectioned 8balked I wonder how many originals still remain when this was my primed Timed as a Township HoA master planned as a General Contractor back then C36, C21, C10, sow forth. Sure beats living far worse conditions on the 37+ yrs on the streets have be wide eyed and scuttled not by cockraches, varmints, stray furial animals other the worst living preditors...our own humankind's! Yet with behoove and bewilderment what will eventually happen this Lawrence Welk addition of Leisure World And golf carts are no longer with , Abd the long timers employed or the numbered one began here if not by death , where are they living better? HOW?WELL, I ONLY UNDERSTAND THAT ITS SURVIVAL OF THE FITNESS ALONG WITH NOT WHO ONE KNOWS WHO IT'S STILL BETTER THAN NO ROOF, TOILET, WATER, EVEN IF HEMET IS LIVING AS A HERMIT BETWEEN hell and Heaven! Because Today's challenges are Tomorrow's Experiences. Of we all learn from yet also to enjoy Life's offerings and blessings as best as possible! Soooo, shall we all do sow together or not?"

"This place has gone way down the hill The Landscaping is terrible. When I call the office no one picks up the phone at all. It is as if they don't care about us at all. There are people staying here with other tenants without paying rent. Whenever a tenant lets the office know, the clerk tell us to submit a letter and nothing is done. When new tenants we are telling other tenants word on the street that "the office does nothing to correct non praying tenants who are not on a lease." There have been teenagers living here with family members. Many of us living here know this to be true. I've been living in my apartment for about 11 years and the up keep has gone beyond down hill. I know you probably don't care about us. But if their is no tenants there is no landlord. I've work in management for many many Year and I realize that if you have no people to live in this apartment complex, you have no business to run. I an very concern about the lack of concern shown to us. Please do better by US."

"I have lived here for 8 years , I live all the way to the back of the complex and it is like we are 2nd class people. the lawn people never come back here & rake leaves or pick up tree bark. half of the "garden" area is chocked with weeds over waist high. Everyone that moves out leaves old, filthy furniture and mattresses with huge stains on them, back here in our parking lot. Management will do nothing to remove them. People who live in the duplexes on the other side of the back block wall throw firecrackers over here & we fear that it will start a fire, but repeated complaints by us are disregarded by management. A new management company has taken over this year and things have gone from bad to worse. I will be moving when my lease is up. The front of the complex is kept up, but the back is left alone and looks like a 3rd world country. We pay the same rent as the people in the front of the complex, but our area is not kept up like the front of the complex that they show people when they are trying to rent an apartment to them."
