"A great apartment Complex. Like any other apartment there will be pros and cons. Ive had maintenance issues here and there but nothing to serious. if I ever have an issue Martha is really helpful and responds to any of my issues promptly. Management is friendly and knowledgeable in their field. There are water issues once in awhile but I've always been given notice or texted that the water would be turned off. The only thing I could say that would make this apartment complex better is if the pool was opened up. Rent is reasonable for the times ."

"Property management is not reliable or will help with updates of the apartment. They will not give you notice when the water going to be off and will not repair thing due to how old it is . It's not worth it and has been the worst experience compare to all the apartment I have had."

"I lived in these apartments back in the 90's . I recently moved back to Hemet and Moved Back in to them. As with any place there will be issues, so we all have to be adults and learn to adjust. I just moved out and I know there are people out there that are saying the stole their deposits from them and so on and so on. Well I know what to do as a tenant/Adult and I gave proper notice and I also know to leave the apt in the same condition or better when I move out. Well today I received my full deposit back in the mail. Thank you Martha and Carolina for being a great Manager and Leasing Agent. I lived in the 201 Building"

"WiHey I am currently living there n I'm getting ready to be out of there in bout 3 weeks. I moved here because its what i had to do at that time. The atmosphere here is ok, ill give it 4.. The apartment complex is nasty, trash everywhere, kids running around playing at 1am. Its not just ghetto its Ghetto nasty.. The managers are disgusting as well. Someone will move out lets say in the morning, they will have someone moving in by the afternoon. They dont clean the apartment. They don't spray or fumigate. The building is infested with bed bugs n roaches. Im constantly sprayin my apartment. I be damn if i get bugs in my spot. I heard the landlady will take food stamps for rent. I currently have a lawyer im suing for discrimination n not allowing me to hv a cone for a parking space. They straight turned me down. I said yall are really denying me a spot closer to my apartment n i do have a disability. The landlord said ur disable i said yes and u just denied a disabled person a parkin spot with a cone like the. What u just did was refuse a disable person a cone like the other three tenants. So i can park closer to my apartment. They dont hv any designated parking for hsndy capes. Im still sueing.. IF U ARE MOVING AND U R CONSIDERING THESE APARTMENTS DONT MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE.."

"Been having major water issues.. No hot water for days at time. On and off cheap mickey mouse maintenance. Tired of the manager saying they are working and resolving the issues and never do.... Two words... fair housing."
