"Costco Fullerton -- typical, well maintained, friendly staff, etc. Was disappointed their auto&garden selections were limited. Parking is problematic as their newer but limited gas pumps needed space. Their outside food court had 20+ people waiting in line. Still a great place to shop when it's not too busy."
"Fix your Tire Inventory System. It is badly inaccurate. Doesn't appear to be well managed or Costo's standards are slipping. Waited at tire store for 90 minutes in line only to be told they didn't have my size of tires. Please get a clue. If you don't have inventory - mark the tires displayed or have a sign so customers don't waste their and your time. was directed to the La Habra Store where they supposedly had 9 in inventory. Surprise Surprise, they did not. Please don't disrespect your customers."
"I am a heavy Costco Patron.. and today I'm highly upset with Costco Fullerton. This is the first time I've experienced this situation. Normally, when you make a kiosk order at the food court you wait for your number to be called out to pick up your order. I did not see the Kiosk. So I stood in line to place my order. Then was told I have to go to the kiosk after waiting 12 mins in line. I proceeded to Kiosk and returned standing by waiting to hear my number. I didn't hear othet nu.bers so I asked. They said I had to wait in line once again to pick up my good. This is crazy. If yhis is the way they operate they should have some instruction. Or keep it thenormal way ad other costcos do. I'm on my lunch break. This is absurd."
