Walgreens Pharmacy

"Had an urgent need for wound care supplies and as I was about to walk in, the manager was closing doors for 20 minutes because he was the only employee in the store. I told him it was an urgent need and I’d be quick and he refused to help and proceeded to close the door in my face. He also refused to give me his name."

"Poor customer service. Bad attitude from staff at the pharmacy. I didn’t get a chance to speak to a pharmacist only the cashier female that works at the pharmacy. I’ll be transferring my medications needs to another pharmacy. There’s another options. She needs to be retrained or else."

"This pharmacy is a JOKE. They don't answer the phones you have to call walgreens directly and ask for a manager to stop what they are doing just to GO BACK TO THE PHARMACY FOR THEM TO DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY. The pharmacy is very very rude(specifically Erika because that's who hung up on me 3 times and was who I spoke to). I don't feel as If they cared to answer any of questions. I PERSONALLY spoke to Erika from the pharmacy and I'm AMAZED she is still employed. She was very short and snappy. After putting me on hold multiple times(I called 4 times starting at 10am and it's now 1 and I FINALLY spoke to someone after Anna(a VERY SWEET HELPFUL EMPLOYEE) and the manager BOTH had to go back to tell Erika to answer the phone thats been ringing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."

"Went here to get vaccinated. The staff was efficient and caring. The store is neat and tidy, fairly well stocked and check out was easy. I had an appointment at 8:30 AM and was all finished by 9:00. Very few people in line."

"Waited 20mins just for some advil while the desk person kept going on with a conversation. Only take away was after I gave up and took the advil tag back, the front cashier was super nice and let me go ahead since I only had two items. But this review isn't for the front, it's for the pharmacy."
