"I’ve been living here for a little over 6 years now and I honestly love it here. The neighbors are nice and courteous and mostly quiet. Lina is always on top of things when we need repairs and such. She always looks out for our safety. Living in the OC and on a busy Anaheim street, it can get chaotic sometimes but I’ve been feeling comfortable and safe living here."

"After renting for 20 years this place is the closest to being the perfect place for me. Let me start with the manager, she is the best. She is very nice and will attend to your needs and resolve any issues you may have as fast as she possibly can. She lives in the community and I regularly see her doing stuff around the apartment complex, mornings and afternoons. She keeps the place well maintained, cleaned, respond well to emergencies, and ensure the community is safe. The Apartment Complex is very open with a lot of trees, good size pool, and driveway which few people including myself will use it to exercise or just walk around. It's a gated community and the manager installed additional cameras and lightings around the complex in response to couple of break-ins. The apartments are very nice in size and structure with double pane windows, open kitchen concept and a good size bathroom. The rent is very reasonable, only raised once by 3% in the last 3 years. You get a private garage, and there is plenty of parking in front of the complex on a well-lit lot, something you will not find in most rentals. There are few tenants have the habit of using the space in front of the apartment entrance as storage, shoes rack, Laundry, and have broken furniture there which makes it look tacky but other tenants have a nice greenery and flower assortments and it makes up for it, and I believe Management is in the process of eliminating this habit. The place is mostly quiet and most people are respectful. You will hear a noise here and there from people passing by and kids running around and that is it, but when night falls it is super quiet. Overall, I’m happy living here, and the location is perfect, it is close to the 91, 5, 57, and few miles to 22 FWY. a lot of grocery stores including Walmart, El-Super, 99 Cent, Smart & Final, plenty of popular restaurants, car washes, banks, gas stations, car repairs, dental and medical offices, pizza joints, and few convenient stores all within walking distance, I mean come on, what more can you ask for from an apartment living!?"

"Staying at Waterwheel Apartments is one of the best experience I ever had! The manager is so thoughtful and hospitable. I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with this property. Lina is very friendly and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with Waterwheel, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier! I just couldn't understand why there are some bad reviews here. We are living in an apartment and it's our responsibility to make our place clean, not violate any rental agreement and rules and regulations. This is the best place to live in I ever had. It is safe and whenever there are problems, the manager always fix it right away."

"Lived here a few years and it was an overall good experience. However keep in mind that thieves break into the garages often and the management can't do anything about it. Install better locks yourself and don't leave any valuables there. Also, when we moved out they tried to unlawfully keep half of our deposit and we had to fight it and present evidence, eventually we did get almost all of our deposit back. Landlady seems nice but will take advantage of you at any chance she gets, be alert and try to keep all conversations with her in writing, preferably via email and CCeing the management company, PREM."

"I am living in Waterwheel apartments (1144 N Euclid St. Anaheim) and I want to write about the main problems in this complex: 1. Unfair RENT INCREASING every 6 months: It has been at least three times that they have increased the rent price every 6 months for $50. It is crazy because they are increasing the rent price $100 every year without improving any thing about your apartment. I talked to many of my friends in Anaheim, Fullerton, and Irvine about their apartments rent increasing policy. whether they are on month to month or contract rent, the increasing amount was between $0 to $40 for every year, not $100 for one year like us. 2. Cockroaches: even though you try hard to control cockroaches, they will come from the other apartments because of old buildings and very poor cabinets. The cabinets have lots of little and big gaps between them and walls. 3. poor dirty laundry service. Machines are old and every month happens that I put my quarters and the washers or driers don't work. The worst part is when the washer gives up in the middle of washing and you don't know what to do with your very wet and dirty clothes. Also some of Machines leak and it makes the floor wet and dirty. It is getting worse everyday. I went to all Three laundry rooms on a Sunday. Each room has only two driers and one of the driers in each room is out of service in the same time. They have only 6 driers for all complex and 3 of them at the same time on Sunday are out of service. It is really unfair they just increase rent $100 every year and do nothing. 4. Thief people: They get inside the complex and steal shoes and anything they can get. They even stole laundry coins once and because of that we have to have key every time we want to laundry and unlock and then lock laundry doors. Once they broke several garage doors and steal from tenants. Even at day time they try to steal from the garages. At the end I want to mention, the manager is a nice lady and I like her. All my complains goes to the Landlord. I don't know what kind of illusion makes them to increase the rent price $100 every year for this very regular complex."
