"Since we have "new" owners, they have been renovating HV Senior Apartments, and the complex looks much better. Also, I'm aware they are "renovating" the clubhouse and pool areas too. The problem I have, is a lot of friends here and myself were told we will still have our "parking spots", and would receive "parking tags", but nothing has happened, and that was over two weeks ago. Some of the residents really need to have their parking spot confirmed, instead of arriving after dark, and can't find a safe space. Also, the front laundry room was to get "new" washers/dryers - this has not happened. Besides the above, I'm pretty happy here, I just hope and pray that the owners will "stand by their word". Thank You."

"A lot of changed in my 8 years here from loss of good residents and community gatherings to loss of beautiful landscaping due to broken sprinklers, Vehicles vandalized, some disruptive residents that caused many issues to neighbors, many roof and water leaks, very old washers/dryers that are often out of service and dirty laundry rooms, too many notices on our doors of what we can’t do and not enforced, many patios are not in compliance with neatness etc. quality of new residents is less than desirable, homeless people walking through and dumpster divers and trash areas are horrible!! More housekeeping and maintenance is needed! Trees need trimming! Many things were neglected by previous owners and management (or lack of). I pray new owner and management will be quicker about all the above and deal with individual residents that don’t comply with patio rules instead of putting notices on every apartment door! I hope there will be some rent control."

"I very recently moved in and my experience so far at Heritage Village is nothing but positive. My refrigerator unfortunately broke down and I immediately reported it to management and in a short hour David and Teo ( maintenance team) brought me a new one. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you all for been so prompt and friendly."

"Heritage Village is a property that is located centrally to grocery shopping, the public library, coffee shops, parks, numerous great restaurants, numerous banks and office supply facilities. the police station and so many other places. This property consist of 200 units. The grounds are always maintained in excellent condition. The pool and hot tub area are very enjoyable and always very clean. Scattered throughout the property are gas grills for the residents to enjoy. Heritage also has two laundry rooms on the property and the washer and dryers are all in excellent condition. the clubhouse is large and has a kitchen and nice bathrooms. The management team and maintenance staff are excellent and always ready to listen to the residents and quickly resolve any concerns or issues the may have. I would highly recommend Heritage Village to be considered as your next home."
