"Roaches! Small to huge. Screaming children. Screaming adults. Paper thin walls -- no insulation. Psycho tenants. Tenants dying from drug overdoses. Slumlord owners will treat you like their slaves. They take your money and do nothing. But there were a few good tenants and one or two good staff... Not sure if the good ones are there anymore -- and I hope not."
"Falsely advertised at 1350 when you come it's 1500 plus a credit score of 650. No amenities. No gym No park no courts... nothing. one little room laundromat for all apartments . Not enough parking permits even if you're willing to pay for them monthly. It's a motel feel. Plus the bitter, unhappy and rude front desk lady won't give you the right answers to your questions. Piles of rust everywhere and water fountains are broken. Don't waste your time here."
"Security constantly harrasing me and my guests. Have videos of security bullying past tenants. If you purchase a parking permit they'll first tell you the printer is not working. You'll have your contract or temporary permit on the windshield and they still tow your car. Then when you report it and expect reimbursement, they will not give you the time of day. Also, deposit when you leave? Consider that gone when you gave it to them."
