"Disappointing Experience with Chateau Loire Apartments and Corinna Morris. Please do not initiate the application before viewing the apartment. I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with the apartment manager, Corinna Morris, at Chateau Loire Apartments in Anaheim. Despite promising that the apartment would be ready by November 14th, she forced me to submit an application. Upon approval on the 13th, she demanded a deposit within 24 hours without allowing me to see the apartment. Later, a scheduled tour on the 15th was abruptly canceled by Morris, who insisted on the deposit before showing the unit. When we expressed the need to see the apartment before making any payment, she promptly canceled our application. Morris's communication was consistently rude and abusive, and she failed to provide upfront information, constantly adding requirements as the process unfolded. Her tactics included blackmailing with claims that the apartment would be gone within a day, accompanied by incessant texts and calls. This unprofessional behavior and lack of transparency made the entire leasing process unbearable. I would caution others to carefully consider their options before engaging with Chateau Loire Apartments, given the unpleasant experience with Corinna Morris."
