"Stay away if you have kids. Not family friendly. The building is not well insulated, and your kids walking around the apartment will draw noise complaints from the downstairs neighbors and have security showing up on a weekly basis. Management team will call and write letters to you in addition to security showing up. So if you have children that want to be (reasonable) children... prepare for constant harassment."

"Building # 4. The hot water does not run more than for 15-20 minutes. They have gas boiler system for each apartment. The boiler tanks are old and do not warm the water all the way down. Most likely tent are not working properly due to age. So you have only 20 minutes to take shower and shave. Besides the same gas boiler warms the air conditioner / thermostat system for the whole apartment. You won’t get the hot water more than for 10 minutes if thermostat is on. Weird. Another problem - the rooms (that don’t face outside to the streets) are dim. No sun shine is going inside your den for almost all day. Sad experience. Third, not enough electric lights are on the ceiling. Just couple of the lights in the kitchen spot and that’s it. No lights in the bedroom at all. You have to buy 4-6 lamps to make it comfortable to spend the evenings and night time inside the apartment. Overall, they charge more then average for the living space that does not give you a pleasant like home experience. Appliances and environment inside the apartments are weird and outmoded. We left the complex after 6 months. They aren’t worth the money they charge you."

"We’ve officially lived here for a month, and are completely in love with it. The complex is quiet, amenities are incredible, very dog friendly, close to major neighborhoods, and there’s tons of places/restaurants to walk to. Selena from the leasing office is also amazing! She is by far the best leasing agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We’ve been working with Selena for 8 months as we planned our move to LA and were trying to navigate the best apartment for us. Selena was by our side every step of the way. Very kind, patient, welcoming, and always beyond helpful. She was one of the many reasons why we chose this complex over others. Not a single regret. Love it here!"
