"My daughter wanted to dye her hair the color of the attached photo. The cashier insisted on helping. She told us we needed to do a dark brown to get the results my daughter wanted in the picture. She has Sandy blond hair. I said are you sure it won’t turn dark she doesn’t want it dark just a shade or two lighter. The cashier assured me it would work and told us what else to get. Well the end of the story is that it turned almost BLACK! Im not sure her name but she has orange hair and eyebrows. I will definitely not allow them to help next time. The color we had picked was much lighter. My daughter is devastated."
